I looked on the name plate on a slow cooker today and found one at 75 watts.
I'm not sure that a slow cooker and a "Crock Pot" are the same thing, but we carry a small Crock Pot in our RV that is rated at only 47 watts. These small Crock Pots are commonly available at all sizes and wattages in second-hand stores in good condition and at low prices. We looked for the lowest wattage one we could find.
I only wish that our 47 watter was powered by 12 volt DC instead of 120 volt AC so that we did not have to use an inverter with it when traveling or drycamping. I suppose that at trucker appliance retailers one could find a 12 volt DC slow cooker/Crock Pot.
By putting it in the galley sink (so it can't spill and do any damage) and having it cook while traveling ... you can have a hot meal ready when you arrive at a campsite without draining the coach batteries!
