Load up with charcoal......fire it off.......cook
If going to use next day put lid on and close all vents
Reuse next day etc.
If NOT and going to break camp next day...leave lid off and charcoal burns down to ash and grate burns off clean
Next morning....dump cold ash. Put lid on close vents, bungee cord over lid and stow
