+1 on the Hasty Bake. I take my legacy with me, of course I have a toy hauler and can easily roll it up in the back. Never tried the ranger,.....might have to some time.
Nothing beats charcoal. But if I wanted a good gas grill, the Weber Q200 would be my pick. I might get me one yet. I've used my buddies and it did a great job. So many gas grill are either on or off. No real ability to adjust the temp down to a controllable level.
The Weber cooked even, no hot spots, with excellent temp control. Compact and solid made too.
