Is warranty not a correct spelling?
It's not so much the spelling as it is the misuse of words. The absolute bar-none front runner is "it's", as in " My day has it's ups and downs." No, that would be its. Other common misuses are 'advise' for advice, and 'to' for too. It's not just this board, it's becoming Internet grammar, and it's pretty bad. I'm not sure if spell checkers handle word usage very well.
It's easy to see who has crafted a question well, and who hasn't. If you just don't care how your posts reads, then I don't care to answer. After all, somebody will always answer. The OP might enjoy the "Words that melt my brain" thread.
The post above reminds me of another one.. 'lose' (which he used correctly.)
