Thermister is the temp sensor for the thermostat which controls the fridge cooling cycle.
On Dometic fridge that does not have an adjustable thermostat control moving thermister will affect fridge temp (4*f to 6*F overall).
With an adjustable thermostat control...moving it will not have the same affect.
Tip of thermister should just protrude from top of clip.
Normal position of clip is middle of far right fin.
Moving it UP......cooler temp
Moving it DOWN....less cooler temp
When measuring food section temp......check temp of fin.
Fin temp should be 25*F-30*F (food section runs roughly 10*F higher than fin)
