honestly we had one and I thought it didn't work at all !!
we now got the fridge with the 1-2-3-4-5 buttons on the front and on 3 it is cool, on 5 it gets way colder. We like those fridge's better.
That is like the Norcold's we had in our previous RV's. A lot less confusing for sure. But this Dometic seems to work well even though we never messed with the "thermister" until now. I may look into a fan for it from what folks on here are saying.
