IMHO there isn't as much of the old experienced talent out their anymore. I've been hearing a lot lately about how they want more time to themselves and money isn't as important to them as it was the baby boomers.

You got that right!
And it's because their parents didn't care. IMHO, JMHO the closer the generation is to parents that came over here from other countries is where the GOOD work ethics were. Work ethics, pride in their work WAS how immigrants from the Ellis island era survived and made a difference in this country. And that is what they taught their kids, I.E. the boomers who are all now en mass retiring.
Right or wrong when I break down or need service I seek out a well established owner/operator shop that is over the age of 55. :W
