Some one said the problem is all off the ultra lite, etc. I think it is the opposite. We have had our ultra lite for five seasons without a issue. It's no pavement queen, it is hauled over lite duty 4x4 trails and sees the roughest weather. It is basic and that in itself is part of the lines success. Easier to build and less to break down.
People will be put off by the plastic sink and OSB cabinets, to the point of missing the solid wood floors and 3000 lb CCC. I can replace the sinks with nicer in a hour or so, rebuild the cabinets in a weekend. Replacing a foam core floor that is weak takes much longer and there is simply no way to get around a low CCC.
I'm not saying everyone should have plastic sinks but trying to cram the castle into a tiny box for as little as possible might be asking too much.
