The freedom to decide where to go on vacation and being able to leave with minimal preparation.
We debated on buying a cabin & some land. But then we'd be locked into opening it up in the spring, closing it up in the fall, locked into where we're going for vacation, maintenance, taxes, and worrying about the security when we're not there. The TT was a better fit for us.
