I am leafing a Mexican caravan in just over a week. One of the customers decided to wash & polish his rig and fell off the ladder & broke his heel. Pins & screws time
Having broke my right heel in 2001, this is much worse than most broken bones. It usually involves part of the ankle. The loss of some motion of the ankle is not a big deal, it just eventually gets arthritic and that starts the constant pain. I just had my ankle fused this past January. Now full loss of lateral movement which I don't even notice and have done 6-7 mile hikes and this is after years of everyday wondering if I would make it thru the workday.
I do hope that your customer does not fall;) in the category I just described.
As for those that wish to drive with your left foot, IF your doctor has no driving listed with restrictions, your insurance will PROBABLY not cover you.
