Taking a left turn into the field.
A lot of us break things, bones, when we get older, genes and aging.
I am prescribed Testosterone. Not much an injection twice a month. Enough to keep my levels at 300. 600 would be ideal. The reason is diabetes and VA ostepneia. One place diagnosed ostoporosis. That and Vitiamin D and iron when needed. They have established minimum and upper levels and won't do anything unless you are at the lower levels. Body doesn't do that way on all, of them.
Keep the levels in the middle to high range and keep weight off and have more muscle and vigor and feel better.
Might not stop breaking a foot or leg but when I was younger I jumped off the school building, all kinds of trees, and helicopters. Never broke a thing, well I did fractured the hip the pelvis. Hit iron planking from 50ft maybe after hitting the skid too.
Dad was sound as a dollar until his death from cancer. He never broke a bone and worked hard all his life. He was raised as a sharecropper. He walked to and from work over ten miles each way for years come rain or snow.
If we maintain our bodies we are somewhat less fragile.
If I could afford it I would take HGH but it's fairly expensive and deosn't keep well but it puts back many years into your body.
This is something to talk with your Dr about. Seems most discourage it,cuts down on customers, maybe but70% of Doctors or high take Human Growth Hormone.
Might not be breaking so many ankles, legs and ribs espcailly if we lose weight and condition our bodies by working up a good sweat.
