What seat cushion do you like best to reduce back pain?
I love my truck but the ride is a little firm for the longer days driving for my wife. What bottom or bottom+back pad do you like best for a more comfortable ride? Jim

Probably going to get answers that what works for one wont work for another.
Look up in your area for medical supply stores and call them. Ask about their back supports. How many different types do they have in the store, and go try them out. I wound up with a "lumbar support foam roll" that works great, for me. Only $8.00 Prior to that I had much more bigger dollar back support that didn't work. Try them out at the store.
