What seat cushion do you like best to reduce back pain?
I love my truck but the ride is a little firm for the longer days driving for my wife. What bottom or bottom+back pad do you like best for a more comfortable ride? Jim

For me nothing has worked. I sometimes adjust the angle of the back of the driver's seat to change my position and that seems to work as well as a cushion.
