What seat cushion do you like best to reduce back pain?
I love my truck but the ride is a little firm for the longer days driving for my wife. What bottom or bottom+back pad do you like best for a more comfortable ride? Jim

I got a back support from Amazon (under office equipment) that can be used with either a vehicle or in a chair in my office and use it both places. You can find ones that are solid cushions or a plastic support covered with a thin layer of foam and fabric and with ones that are entirely mesh. Cost is from $10 to $65 for most. Fast to install and mine works great.
