I think that’s way too much TT for the TV, too. Especially since you’re in W VA. It’s been a long time but I still remember those hills. Your TV will “safely” pull anything within its specs, but when you’re maxed out hills will be a major PITA unless you’re a very laid back person. I pull a light TT so I don’t have any experience with the big ones. But I recall many posts here stating that for a comfortable tow with a ½ ton stay with a loaded TT roughly in the 6000#range. I think donn0128’s advice is good. Weigh your F150 and you’ll have some good numbers to work with and you can then decide how hard you want to push the envelope.
