Does this camper far exceed my towing capacity? If so, how much? Does a weight distribution hitch affect these numbers?
Looking at Ford towing specs for a F150 reg cab 126" 6850 GVWR 4x4 5.4 3.73 has a 8500 lb tow rating.
The trailer has a 7000 lb shipping weigh. How much stuff you add we have no idea. Lets say 1000 lbs which now the trailer is at 8000 lbs. Your right at max load for the truck which IMO you won't like the '06 5.4 performance in the hills with the 3.73 gears.
However my biggest concern would be a 34' trailer behind a 126" wheel base tow vehicle. Your call there.
