Way too big of a trailer for a 5.4L 1/2 ton truck. While the weight numbers might work you won't like towing it. You'll be pushing the engine hard at highway speeds and be painfully slow up any grades. 5500lbs dry, 6500lbs loaded and no longer than 27' would be more reasonable for a comfortable towing experience.
I towed the past 10 years with similar truck pulling a 21' 5000lb loaded TT. Pulled fine but was somewhat slow up steep mountain grades. I wouldn't want to pull more weight unless perhaps I lived in Kansas.
