The last time this happened to our Dometic convection/microwave (our 3rd under warranty) we called Dometic. They sent the new one to a mobile tech that does lots of repair work in the RV park we were staying at and the mobile tech took care of the replacement. They even payed him a fee for the job and we did not have to pay anything. Dometic considers their microwaves as a consumable item and makes no attempt to repair them. Keep in mind that they do not give you a brand new warranty with the new unit. We pitched a fit over that and they did add an additional year to the original warranty since it was our 3rd unit.
