x2 on BROKEN OAKS solution, microwaves @ Wal-Mart are a dime a dozen, pull that one out measure and go get a new one, A whole lot less hassle then drying to deal with some of these dealers on warranty work. Some Microwave makes want you to sent the unit out for repair before they'll even consider replacement.
