I think at the least, it should be mandatory for a dealer to explain to a purchaser where the emergency exits are and to demonstrate how to use them.
There are thousands of RV fires each year and sadly, some result in deaths. May not be able to prevent a fire, but you can take steps to minimize the chances of injury or death. All RV-ers should periodically go over their escape routes and make sure windows and secondary doors work properly.
