We usually "hang" a large garbage bag off the hitch of the TT. Bottom of the bag is on the ground - if necessary poke a hole through the edge of the top / opening of the bag to hang, keeps the opening of the bag off the ground. Our truck is usually parked in front of the TT blocking the view of the bag. If I am concerned about animals I put the bag in the bed of the truck at night and/or if the bag fills up. Dumpsters usually by the dump station, throw bag in on way out.
We usually have a small plastic grocery bag inside the TT for daily garbage hanging off a cabinent handle. We put that in the large outside bag when we go to bed and/or when it needs to be put outside.
Most times when we cook outside using a grill I will hang a plastic grocery bag off the grill frame or picnic table. Very convenient to have a bag right there.
Those small plastic grocery bags are very useful -- we use them all the time for all sorts of things. Wife sometimes has to intentionally "forget" to bring the reusable bags when grocery shopping so we get more of the plastic bags.
