I suspect that many of the answers would depend on the answerer, and in many cases are mutually exclusive.
Perhaps it would fall under tech stuff, but as a general idea I would like quieter RV appliances and systems. Probably some are available for a price. My water heater, water pump, furnace, and air conditioner all surprised me with how loud they were. (Ironically, the generator was not quite as loud as I was expecting.)
I value space (and trees or other greenery) between sites. I prefer not to have dogs running about or making noise; given the choice, I'd opt for a no pet loop. I think having an RV wash pad is a very good amenity.
Some campgrounds would do well to put in a few more walkways, particularly to get across loops rather than have to go the long way around or cut through someone's campsite.
