How about family sections AND adults-only sections in all campgrounds? Or just peace & quiet sections?
Most of the handful of negative experiences we've had were in parks where parents tossed the kiddies, even tiny ones, out the door to "play" (create attention-seeking mischief or wander off beside bodies of water without lifeguards) while the parents stayed inside' abdicating any responsibility for the kids' bad or dangerous behavior.
Or times when way too many people in one campsite were partying long past quiet hours. Etc etc.
