The "lack of humanity" here is sad... but what if 1 visitor turns into 25 and now you have a full black tank with other peoples s###? Now you and your family have nothing to use... As a society we are becoming less kind and civil to each other.
It's not a lack of humanity unless you're being cruel to someone.
Hence my first scenario.
Are you suggesting that one should open up their well stocked camper as a convienence to others until the tanks are full, waters gone and nothing but crumbs and someone else's footprints are on the carpet?
Again, it's situational, but I've been in circumstances where mob mentaility starts pretty easy. Not everyone has the same knowledge, fortitude , will power or conscience.
As th owner of the "resource " it's up to you to decide the situation and necessity to help or lack thereof.
I'm a very helpful person. Stop n change your flat tire for you type. But I'm also smart enough to know my limitations and I wouldn't want to start that chain reaction of people who though they were desperate or may be just entitled, taking all my stuff or causing harm.
If a kid wants to take a p!ss in my camper, he or is his parents are playing the victim. If 50 people are knocking on my door to use the chitter and get a bottle of water and a snack, I just became the victim. And I won't let that happen if at all possible.
