Yeah, this. Anyone having to take a leak/dump does not ever constitute a life or death situation. I'm an old geezer, on old hippy farmer, and an old nudist. I have no problem whatever taking a short walk to the side of the road to do what must be done. And I don't see your squeamishness as MY problem.
Now if someone is bleeding, that is an entirely different proposition.
