Hmmm, tough question to answer. If a parent with a child asked me or if it were a teenager I would probably suggest a near by tree. It's okay for kids to do this. If a senior person asked if his wife could use it, I'd probably give in and let her use it. I would also make it clear that number#1 only, no #2. If a line started to form at my door, I'd probably get a little annoyed and say no mas. I'm a senior and when I need to go, I gotta go now so I know how desperate a person can feel. One other thing...it also depends how nicely I was asked.
