I hate having extra vehicles attached to the rear of the trailer and will pull over. I will not pull over into gravel, dirt, or a narrow shoulder... needs to be a paved turnout, cross street or merge lane. I also plan ahead when pulling out of a small town... if there is faster moving traffic catching up I will wait the extra beats to let them go by.
