All that said... I am a courteous driver and do not want to inconvenience anyone, but not by pulling off the road every few miles so drivers exceeding the speed limit can go by.
You might reread that section again, does id specifically state if going the speed limit you are NOT impeding Traffic???
If you have traffic backed up behind you and going the speed limit, you can still be impeading Traffic.
