I have no intention of risking my life or a speeding ticket for a stranger that wishes to break the law. They should have started earlier. On a two lane road, if I can safely pull over, I'll do so, but I set my speed control on the posted speed limit and the speeder can learn to live with it. If on an expressway, I stay in the right lane. But I have been known to wave at one of those speeders when he's pulled over getting a ticket. Sometimes they wave back, but they don't use their entire hand.
