Even if you are traveling the speed limit or above and cars are stacking up- consider that they need a REALLY LONG piece of road to pass you. If you were a slow moving car, they would sack you in a second, but when you are 40-50 feet long, it takes a special piece of passing road to get around you. I've been late for a meeting and needed to make up time, and have come upon a long line of cars behind someone going the speed limit and it annoys me to no end. If you have cars stacking up behind you, pull over as I am sure if you were the guy who had somewhere to be and got stacked up, you too would want the car(s) in front to pull over.
