I am talking about just being aware of your surroundings when you are driving. Whether or not the person is breaking the law or not, by virtue that he wants to get around (and if he gets annoyed enough, he will try to pass in a dicey situation) you (because of your inattention) may be the reason possibly he (and you) may be on the scenes of a head-on traffic accident.
I just play cool, and let everyone by whenever I can. The other day I was doing 70mph in my honda wagon, and a guy came up on me like I was standing still. The next pull out I came up to I pulled over and I never saw him again. Who am I to gauge how fast he can drive?
