Well if I drove the speed limit on Oregon 6, or 26 going to the coast I would build up about 5 cars in about less than 5 minutes!!!
I usually travel these roads at 60 or a little better, and just keep up with the flow. I don't want some idiot, doing a knee jerk move because I was slowing him down.
