What's best and cheapest cable network for RVing

What is the best way to go when looking for a cable network for motorhome. I have Dish network now through my sister's home plan but when I am not using it for a week or two you have to call them and ...

Stick with what you have. Even if you get your own account and your receivers are unplugged for a few days you'll have to call Dish to get them reactivated. We have a receiver in a guest bedroom that we keep disconnected and we have to call Dish to get it reactivated when we have company or take it with us in the RV.

BTW, the 211 receiver sucks up 26 watts when is "turned off."
