I had a Suzuki just like that Tracker and you will not be satisfied with a Stowmaster. It hangs unsprung weight well forward of the front axle and causes all kinds of suspension geometry problems, if you leave it on the vehicle while not towing. Been there, done that for thousands of miles so have a little knowledge of what will happen. That is the reason we went to the next higher model, which stays on the RV, not the toad.
