The other day I lifted my trailer up to do the ez-lube thing on the wheel bearings. I noticed that when lifted, when I rotated the wheels/tires by hand there was a slight noise. They don't spin silently.Does this mean my brakes aren't adjusted right?

The magnet rubs on the wheel all the time. Perhaps this is what you are hearing.

Sounds like your brakes are adjusted perfectly.

Brakes should be adjusted so you hear the brake shoes slightly rubbing against the drum. Just a slight scratch as the wheel turns.If it's a rattle sound (like loose change in a dryer) then something may have come loose.

There are two types of electric trailer brakes. Drum and disk. the drum type is adjustable, the disk type is not. Both employ electromagnets.
