Tell 'em they just blew the sale with that tactic. Then let them beg for a while before you tell them you are willing to start negotiations all over again, starting with the last price minus 10%.
They got greedy and worried you would come to your senses and find out they were charging too much to begin with.
Now, go make them pay for their arrogant mistake!!
