Well I am either more trusting than most but I seem to be on the other side, unless you are buying this trailer without seeing it, you most likely have looked at everything so there should not be any surprises when you show up. If you are trading in a trailer the dealer has trust in you as they are giving you money for a trade in for something they have not seen. Finally, you will need the signed paperwork to go to the registry to get a plate as in my state you need the actual plate to legally take the trailer off the lot.
