When the rubber meets the road

First of all............ Our thoughts and prayers go out to the poor folks in Oklahoma. Having been on the edge of a tornado years ago, we know how terrible the situation can be.

GOD bless you all.

New tires installed yesterday. The Michelins were code dated 2005 so just to be safe while on our upcoming western trip, I felt it was time.
Went with Toyo and feel we got a good price at $1047 tax, balance, and mounted for all six. The Michelins actually looked pretty good and our dealer felt they were OK so he offered to give us $300 for them. So rather than paying a disposal fee, we ended up $$$ ahead.

We already donated. Wasn't much, but know any little bit is appreciated.

We had to replace our tires in Sept of 2012, because in July while going across the south on I-10, we lost most of the tread on one. They were dated 3 wk of March 2008. They looked great!
