Have you actually tried to talk to the Rangers and explaining the same thing you said here? I have found that they are very good at applying the rules to everyone and those who don't, are instructed to either obey the rules or get out......even at night! Give them the opportunity to do their job. If they don't....then go to "upper management".
This problem(s) these parks have made the news papers over the years. Doesn't seem to be any one Ranger. Used to be a nice place to spend a night, close in to city, (which is most of problem) and used to be clean. They have gotten rid of the perminate types and doing better, but still a lot of problems. I was thinking writing to the State level, but wanted to know there is a better approach than complaining. I'm sure the State gets complaints on this park.
Is there any other way that might be more successful than complaining that I don't know about?
