When you "rent" a campsight is it really "yours"

As a law enforcement officer myself, I know it can be difficult to handle "disorderly" situations that aren't a call for service. The courts generally like to hear that officers are responding to a call for service about loud noise. Otherwise the offending party can easily claim that they weren't bothering anyone and the officer singled them out because the officer is discriminating against them because they are (fill in the blank).
