When you "rent" a campsight is it really "yours"

Many threads about people getting a camp site and other people not letting you enjoy what you paid for. Either smoke you out, dropping the "F" word every other sentence and you have grandkids along, ...

Idaho Power has a campground West of the Cascades? Where's it located?


It is east of the Cascades. As I recall it is in Hells Canyon. We investigated acting as volunteer camp hosts there a few years back.
