My TT parks in the drive way and the location is too far to hook into my septic system. We use our camper at home all the time, including the bathroom. I had to come up with a relatively easy way to dump the tanks. We always dump when leaving campgrounds, but at home, we need to do also.
We are on a septic system, and a few years ago we had installed an access port for pumping the tanks so we wouldn't have to dig it up any more. In a short time, I realized that pipe with the removable cap was a perfect way to dump the trailer, except the pipe was higher than the ground. So, I built a ramp, and use my little John Deere 135 to pull the tote over the grass. Works absolutely great!
The good thing is, nothing is permanent. It's just a bunch of 2x4's and 2x6's ramped up on cinder blocks with some shorter concrete blocks mid way for extra support in the middle. Everything can be completely removed in 5 minutes if need be.
