Our 4 EPA licensed wastewater absorption fields are designed for maximum inflows during peak demand plus the overage that could result from non campers using our dump station. That was our business plan, to welcome those who choose to 'boondock' , extend services to those that choose limited services away from civilization?
We agree we do it ourselves. So what is the issue of paying for the value of fresh water, sewage trash disposal?
I think you are both arguing the same side. Park paid to put in a dump station so it makes sense that those who use it pay for it.
