Where are the women RVers?
I've been on this Forum site for several years and have noticed there are few women posters. It seems their numbers are dropping. Most of the Forums seem to be mostly men posters, yet I see as many wo...

I disagree that women aren't posting because of all the snottiness and bickering. Women are just as snotty and b**chy as men and will spend all their time fighting and arguing on internet forums just like men.
I think it's:
1) this forum has a large community of older men who like to chew the fat about technical stuff (charging points of batteries, GVWRs, payloads, etc.). Most women will get bored with that discussion the tenth time it comes up.
2) men seem to enjoy the discussion of RVs in general more than women. It's a "car thing". Women tend to come here to ask specific questions about their RV or to discuss things surrounding the RV (cooking, pets, places) while men talk about every facet of the RV (cooking, pets, places, appliances, chassis, engine, and on and on).
3) some women just don't advertise their gender so other users have no idea they are women unless a specific comment in a specific thread is made. And that single comment gets lost in the quantity of discussions and isn't remembered.
