OK, it is on the Missouri River, Souix City, SD. A little decieving. The lighthouse is not part of the casino barge but onshore behind it.
Um, I don't think there is a Sioux City, SD. There is a Sioux City, IA though. And, I think but, I'm not sure that on the other side of the river there is a North Sioux City , SD. But, that is just a guess on my part.
Made me look at my S&T map. Yup Sioux, IA. Pic taken from NE. SD is omly a mile or so West
