Another hint...one of the largest rivers in the eastern US. runs down a state border, the city where this image was taken is near 3 state borders (including it's own state of course).

Yes, correct it is indeed the Ohio River...where...another hint...the best hint...is in the "another hint" paragraph above so get out your maps and think a bit more. One more note: Their college team is fairly well known.
The bridge over the Ohio not far from Cairo, IL. Near the mouth of the Ohio before it empties into the Mississippi.
