When the Circus comes to town, the Elephant have a walk from the train. The train is quite interesting. Half, living quarters for the animals, half for the circus people.
Yes, the cirus had come to town, but this was behind a hotel. It was also next to the community center where, unkown to me, the cirus was showing for a week. Talking to some others, every morning the elephants are taken out, lined up, bathed and then exercised by walking them around and around the parking lot for about an hour. These pictures were taken in Bakersfield, California.
