And whoever said it's a long way to the water, no kidding. It's not really a place to go swimming. Basically, you hang out for a half hour looking at the spectacular view...then you move on. A little anti-climatic for all the hype it got as rated as the most beautiful place in America. The sand on this particular dune wasn't a lovely white sand either. It was rocky and dirty. Kids still liked to play in it though. ;)
