Have you tried contacting Atwood. They sent me a new bushing for my Wedgewood stove's center burner. Their website also has a dealer/service center locator.

The range in your 1985 Lance is likely to have mercury bulb in the oven to sense the temperature. Mercury thermostats were outlawed some time around 2003. If the thermostat has failed there may not be a replacement available.

We went thru this same thing last summer (although a suburban range) and there was no replacement and no retrofit. We had to replace the range with a new one.:(

Are guys saying I can pretty much get any gas stove valve to fit?

I was thinking of calling Lance & asking them tomorrow, being its a Lance Camper?

As someone who worked at Johnstone Supply for over 20 years, I can offer the following information.

Most Johnstones sell only to licensed contractors.
They don't catalogue components for RV ovens.
Johnstone discontinued appliance parts and their appliance catalog a number of years ago.

I would suggest you contact AAA RV Appliance in Sacramento. I have used them for my RV appliance parts for nearly 35 years and they are great.

These people should be able to help depending on the model number.

Look in the "Ranges" category of the PPL RV Parts Catalog. If you don't see your model listed under "Wedgewood", check under "Atwood" also.
