Amazon has a variety of USB chargers with standard 120V outlets. I've bought two of them, they work very well.

West Marine also carries these.

Depending on what you intend to use the 12V outlet for, Make sure that you wiring is sufficient to handle it. If possible, these should be on at least 14 or 16 gauge wire, and protected with an in-line fuse if possible.

the 12v outlet will just be used for a 12volt tv I believe we are going to use 14 gage wire better than 16 lower the number better the wire

Lower the number, the bigger the wire (generally).

Some of those ebay/amazon ones are complete crap. I went with blue sea stuff, it's spendy but better quality.

I've installed/replaced old sockets with these. No problems yet.
